By creating an OleChat account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use OleChat. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
OleChat provides an AI-powered direct messaging commerce agent that connects to your social media accounts and e-commerce store to automate order taking via Instagram and Facebook DMs. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your card will be charged automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of OleChat complies with Meta's Platform Policies, your e-commerce platform's terms, and applicable laws. You must not use OleChat to send spam, harass customers, or sell prohibited items. You are responsible for all orders placed through your connected store and for fulfilling those orders.
OleChat is not liable for failed orders, incorrect product information synced from your store, missed messages, or any revenue loss. The service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.
