OleChat collects information you provide when creating an account, including your business name, email address, and website URL. We also collect data about your store integrations (encrypted API credentials), social account connections (encrypted access tokens), and conversation data processed by the AI agent on your behalf.
We use collected information to provide and improve the OleChat service, process orders through your connected store, communicate with you about your account, and bill you for the subscription. Customer data collected by your AI agent (names, addresses, order details) is stored in your OleChat account and used solely to fulfill orders placed through your store.
All store API credentials and social access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 encryption before storage. We use Supabase's Row Level Security to ensure your data is isolated from other tenants. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store card information.
OleChat integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (database). Each service has its own privacy policy. Customer DM conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to power the ordering agent.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, all your data including conversation history, orders, and credentials is permanently deleted within 30 days.
